The contents are the Facilitator Kit in full: four cases, the 43-page facilitator pack with evidence cards and answer keys, the 15-page lectern script, the 17-page student guide, all four worked examples with the reasoning at every decision, printable worksheets, the certificate template, and the QR material for the free app.

Now includes the LMS Edition. Your download also carries the SCORM 1.2 package of the general edition and its installation guide, so the game itself runs inside your LMS for unlimited workers, tracked for completion and score. What the LMS Edition does.

What is different is the licence itself, which names your organisation and your facilitators and includes a schedule to complete on purchase.

One condition worth knowing before you buy. The worked examples and the answer keys must sit behind facilitator-only access on your LMS. Everything else can be open. Each case works exactly once per person, and a participant who has read the answer the night before does not learn less than the others — they learn nothing, and they argue confidently from a handed answer, which takes the exercise away from their whole team.

Where the line sits. Training your own people, including labour hire and contractors working under your WHS management system: unlimited. Delivering Cause Unknown to another organisation — clients, member bodies, contractors in their own business — needs a commercial delivery licence. Ask and we will work it out.

Getting your facilitators up to speed

The kit is written to be run cold. If you would rather not find out the hard way which of your people are competent facilitators, the one-day facilitator accreditation takes up to four of them through it, on site or online. Your site licence is the prerequisite. $2,950 plus GST.

Which edition this covers

This licence covers the general edition: the four cases in the kit above. There are ten editions in all and forty cases. A site licence for any other edition is $1,800 on the same terms. Licensing more than one edition is quoted on enquiry.
