You receive the full Facilitator Kit: four cases, the 43-page facilitator pack with evidence cards and answer keys, the 15-page lectern script, the 17-page student guide, all four worked examples, printable worksheets, the certificate template, and the QR material for the free app. Updates are free for the term.

Three conditions, and they matter

Your participants get the student guide, worksheets and a certificate. They never get the facilitator pack, the script, the worked examples or any answer key. Each case works exactly once per person — hand a client the answers and you have burned that case for everyone in their business who has not sat the session yet.

Attribution appears in three places on every delivery: your title slide, your handout footer, and any proposal that names the programme. You may say you are a licensed provider of Cause Unknown. You may not say you wrote it.

You deliver sessions, you do not pass on the kit. A client who wants to run it themselves buys their own in-house licence. Sublicensing, rebranding, loading it onto a client LMS, or building a train-the-trainer product around it are all outside this licence.

Getting your people ready

The kit is written to be run cold — the script exists so a competent facilitator delivers it well the first time. If you would rather not find out the hard way which of your people are competent facilitators, the one-day facilitator accreditation takes up to four of them through it, on site or online. $2,950 plus GST.

Which edition this covers

This licence covers the general edition. Most consultancies work across industries, and there are ten editions to draw on: a mining case for the mine, a precast panel for the builder, a level crossing for the rail operator, an emergency department case for the health service. Each edition is $3,500 plus GST on these terms, and licensing more than one is quoted on enquiry.
