Four games for people who work in safety and training

Each one runs in your browser, installs to your phone, and is built on the same idea: your choices set your position, and the dice decide what the organisation does around you. They are free. The facilitator material is what costs money.

Buying for an organisation? Every game is also sold as a SCORM package for your own LMS, tracked for completion and score. See the LMS Edition, $1,100 per game

Cause Unknown

An incident investigation whodunnit. Ten industry editions, forty cases, each one a time-budgeted evidence phase, a bowtie barrier assessment, a branching five whys and a signed finding you have to defend. Built for the training room and scored on a blame index.

The Authority Gap

A five-act career as a safety advisor, from the job interview to the investigation that names you. Four classes, four tracks, and a record you will not keep until the act where it is the only thing that speaks for you. Based on the book Built to Blame.

Play The Authority Gap

Continuous Improvement

A year inside a registered training organisation. Six roles, from the front desk to the owner. Survive four quarters without a formal complaint, win Training Organisation of the Year, and get through a performance assessment you do not get to schedule. Built against the 2025 Standards.

The Standard

Five months on a road job. Fourteen decisions, and separately, what you write down about each one. Then a worker is killed and you are examined on the record you made at the time. Built on the reasonably practicable standard.

Running one of these with a team? The facilitator kits, site licences and commercial delivery licences are in the shop, and the accreditation day is for people who will deliver them to other organisations.
