Description
Four construction incidents. In every one of them the control existed on paper, and the reason it did not hold is somewhere in the evidence.
- CU-C01 Panel Seven — a precast panel braced into a slab that an RFI had already made thinner.
- CU-C02 The Marked Route — an 11kV cable located, marked and potholed, and never once proven.
- CU-C03 Dry Cut — nine years of silica exposure behind three controls that each failed for a different reason.
- CU-C04 The Recovery Meeting — a psychosocial risk assessment that covered 40 people on a project of 420.
Twenty-one files across five folders: a 43-page facilitator pack with evidence cards to cut up and a full answer key for each case; a 15-page lectern script with the words you say and the timings; a 17-page student guide with no answers in it; printable worksheets; a 26-page worked-example walkthrough of every case with the score each run earned; a completion certificate; and print-ready QR cards for the free app.
The game itself is free. This is what you need to facilitate it properly. Seventy-five minutes per case. Four cases and two breaks is a full day.
Why this edition exists. Construction runs on documented control. Permits, SWMS, ITPs, dial-before-you-dig, exclusion zones. Every case here starts from a site where that documentation was completed correctly, so the room cannot land on “the paperwork wasn’t done” and stop. What they find instead is the gap between a control that exists and a control that holds — and that is the argument worth having with a construction crew.
There are ten editions
This kit is the construction edition. There are ten in all and forty cases: general, mining, construction, onshore oil and gas, offshore oil and gas, transport and warehousing, agriculture, power generation, rail, and psychosocial. Every one is $340 and every one has a free browser version you can play first. See all ten.
Running it across more than one facilitator, or putting the student material on your own LMS, needs an in-house site licence at $1,800 per edition. Licensing more than one edition is quoted on enquiry.
