Four mining incidents, built to be run with teams.

• CU-M01 The Village — a camp housekeeper burned by a decanted chemical, in a village on the lease and outside the safety system.
• CU-M02 The Intersection — a light vehicle and a haul truck at an intersection moved sixty metres with a grader and never moved in the drawings.
• CU-M03 Take-up — the isolation is correct, verified and audited clean. The belt moves anyway. The hardest case in any edition.
• CU-M04 Second Swing — sexual harassment in a FIFO village, investigated as a safety incident rather than a conduct matter.

Twenty-one files across five folders: a 43-page facilitator pack with evidence cards to cut up and a full answer key for each case; a 15-page lectern script with the words you say and the timings; a 17-page student guide with no answers in it; printable worksheets; a 26-page worked-example walkthrough of every case with the score each run earned; a completion certificate; and print-ready QR cards for the free app.

The game itself is free. This is what you need to facilitate it properly. Seventy-five minutes per case. Four cases and two breaks is a full day.

There are ten editions

This kit is the mining edition. There are ten in all and forty cases: general, mining, construction, onshore oil and gas, offshore oil and gas, transport and warehousing, agriculture, power generation, rail, and psychosocial. Every one is $340 and every one has a free browser version you can play first. See all ten.

Running it across more than one facilitator, or putting the student material on your own LMS, needs an in-house site licence at $1,800 per edition. Licensing more than one edition is quoted on enquiry.
