Corporate & Group Enrolment
Train your supervisors to make decisions that hold up in court.
When something goes wrong on your site, the question a court will ask is not whether your supervisor followed the rules. It is whether they understood their legal obligations, applied sound judgement, and documented their decisions. Most supervisors have never been taught how to do that. This course changes that.

Included on enrolment: Reasonably Practicable
Every participant enrolled through a corporate or group arrangement receives a digital copy of Reasonably Practicable: How Australian Courts Decide Criminal Responsibility for Workplace Harm — available immediately on enrolment, through their course dashboard.
The book examines 20 Australian WHS prosecution outcomes — what the courts found, how they assessed employer and supervisor conduct, and what the decisions mean for people managing safety in practice. It is the reference text the course is built on, and it gives your team something to keep after the modules are complete.
The digital copy is gated — it is not available for purchase or download separately. It comes with enrolment, which means your organisation is providing its supervisors with both the training and the reference resource that underpins it.
